Randy Hayes is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Randy has assisted us in two real estate transactions. He knows his game and is a master negotiator. Any time we had a question or concern he was always available. Every call, email, and text were answered quickly. Randy was also able to find plumbers, contractors, and workers when our home needed construction code updates. Mortgages are more difficult to obtain in this new market so selling a house can be a real hassle. Randy did an incredible job of getting us through the process.
